We support clients in selected situations on the level of the top-management and the Board of Directors to elaborate strategies, with an emphasis on diversification and growth strategies. The content is provided by the client - we structure the process, challenge long-held beliefs and are a sounding board and discussion partner in the strategy finding process.

Once the strategy is identified we coach the leadership to implement the concepts at all levels of the organization, including the selection and management of specialized change management consultants.
