We lead the sale process of mid-sized companies (e.g. as succession solution) and carve-outs of larger companies, including the sale of businesses to the management (management buy-out, "MBO")
We support our clients through the whole process, starting with sound preparation and diligent planning. We identify and contact potential buyers on a global scale and initiate and manage a competitive bidding process. We also support (usually lead) the contract negotiations and due diligence, accompanying the client until the successful closing of the transaction is achieved.
