Studies in business administration at HSG St. Gallen with area of specialization “fiduciary and audit”. 30 years experience, beginning as controller, later as CFO and member of the Executive Board in international public companies, where he actively and successfully participated in their M&A-projects. Since 2005 Associate Partner of Kurmann Partners AG. Major fields of activity are realization of acquisition and divestment projects with focus on consumer goods and food industry, consulting in the fields of financial management, accounting standards and development of international holding structures as well as serving on Boards.
